Privacy policy

In short

We collect what we need to run your account and deliver your programmes. Payments go through Razorpay, and we never store your card numbers.

Information we collect

When you create an account, enrol or contact us, Global Business Management Studies ("GBM Studies", "we") collects:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing details
  • Account login details
  • Usage cookies

How we use it

  • To create and secure your learner account and give you access to the programmes you buy.
  • To issue your Certificate of Completion and keep the record that powers certificate verification.
  • To confirm payments, send receipts and answer your support requests.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your credit or debit card numbers are entered with Razorpay and are never stored on GBM Studies servers.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to gbmstudieslogin@gmail.com from the email address on your account.

Cookies

We use usage cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as staying logged in, may then stop working.

Terms of use

In short

When you enrol, you get a personal licence to learn. Please don't resell, share or copy the programmes, and keep your login to yourself.

Your licence

Buying a programme gives you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access for individual learning. The programmes, videos and course materials remain the property of GBM Studies.

What isn't allowed

  • Reselling or redistributing programmes or any part of them.
  • Scraping, downloading or copying course content in bulk.
  • Sharing your login credentials with anyone else.
  • Commercial reuse of videos or course materials.

If an account is used in these ways, we may suspend access to protect the programmes and other learners.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) at checkout, and payment is taken through Razorpay when you enrol.

Certificates

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you finish the programme requirements and pass the course quizzes or assessment. Each certificate has a unique credential ID that anyone can check on our verification page.

Refund policy

In short

All purchases are final. Programmes are digital and unlock the moment you pay, so we can't offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.

No refunds

All purchases made on GBM Studies™ are final. Because courses and materials are digital products accessed immediately upon purchase, no refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations are offered once payment is completed.

When something goes wrong

  • Technical access issues are investigated by our support team.
  • Duplicate or unauthorised charges are reviewed individually.
